This policy applies to all employees, suppliers, contractors, and business partners of Path7. We expect everyone within our supply chain to uphold the same commitment to eradicating forced labor and exploitative working conditions.

4. Identifying and Addressing Risks
To mitigate modern slavery risks, we will:
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and compliance with ethical standards.
- Require contractual obligations from suppliers and partners to prohibit forced labor.
- Ensure third-party recruitment agencies comply with ethical hiring practices.
- Encourage employee training on recognizing and addressing modern slavery concerns.
5. Raising Concerns
Employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders who have concerns about potential instances of modern slavery or unethical labor practices are encouraged to report them directly to their line manager or a senior leader. Reports will be taken seriously, and appropriate action will be taken where necessary.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in:
- Termination of contracts with suppliers found in violation.
- Internal disciplinary actions for employees engaged in unethical labor practices.

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with evolving legal and ethical standards.
